Label TextBust of a young woman in right profile, wearing a sakkos and chiton. Her hair is pulled back from the brow, covering the top of her ear, and is gathered at the nape of the neck; small curls escape onto the neck. Large chips missing from the top of the stone and from the lower left edge, preserving the bust only as far as the bridge of the nose.

The type is known from seven other intaglios, including another two amethysts. It likely represents Arsinoe II.
